there was a water fountain near the food court area that was free and cold, strangely i guess not many people knew about it since there wasnt even a line!
That's because it was shut completely off (purposely - the valve just behind the knob was shut off) on Saturday. I wrenched it back on to a trickle, but it seemed to be pinched off at another source. I'm not sure when I noticed it back on at a decent flow - seems like it wasn't until Monday. In the meantime, the bathrooms near it had only hot water.
