Why we are not allowed concession in even
Jan Shatabdi trains? I don't know about Gareeb Raths. Moreover, the special
handicapped coaches which have been attached to some trains are really
being used by handicapped persons? Once I traveled in such a coach and it
was a very unpleasant experience. I was the only handicapped person in that
coach and coach was crowded with normal persons. Even if a handicapped
person wanted to board the train, it was very difficult for him to take that
coach. It should be ensured that only handicapped persons should be allowed
to take advantage of these coaches. They say that you can't get your seats
reserved in that particular coach. I fail to understand, why.
