Nope, 32bit plug ins will not work on 64bit CS5 Premiere or AE, I've
tried... I missed a lot of cool effects that they no longer works. :( I do
know some AE effects can work on Premiere cs5 (by copying them to the plugin
folder)

but will a 32-bit plug-in run on a 64-bit os? Should i even bother trying to
find them & copy them?
(will that work or do i need to manually re-install to the different version
of CS%?
