At this point I'd agree. We have had a few UGs that have been abandoned, 
and it's been a bit of a pain in the butt for me tracking people down, 
but really it hasn't been that many. 10-15 or so.  Since we are pretty 
well organized now, I'm ok with not requiring a faculty advisor. I'd 
like to relax things a bit and grow faster.
