We have always ordered pre-made cables, but we're interested in starting to terminate our own. We have a spool of this same cable just sitting there doing nothing at the moment. It was a "core locked" fiber, which basically means the glass is buried in an a lot of plastic. We only got one LC duplex on each end, but I bet they could have done 2. The lead time wasn't terribly long. On 12/20/2018 3:02 PM, SmarterBroadband wrote: What are people using for Fiber up the tower? We are looking for Single mode 4 strand – 2 LC Duplex at each end. 140 foot lengths. They will be run up inside a monopole. Are you using armored? Outdoor? What? Where are people getting theirs made?
