http://www.antaira.com/ has plenty of extended temperature SFP equipped GigE DIN mount switches--managed or unmanaged. From the outside they don't look all that different than some of the Planet models but I am happy with Antaira (previously called Aaxeon) and have never used the ones from Planet.
