Baicells has been testing with Federated Wireless for several months.  We did a 
demo for Commissioner O’Reilly at the CBRS Alliance meeting in California last 
month.  The other things Mark mentioned can be added relatively easy.

SAS’s exist in testing form - but the rules, testing procedures, equipment 
certification, etc. are not complete yet and will not be until early next year.
