Anyway, you didn't read my mails with attention. I specified I need ALSA to automatically send stereo sound to front LR+LFE (I already specified I NEED LFE), mono sound to center+LFE, 5.1 to all the channels etc, without any mirror, submixing, upmixing, etc.... just windows mixer does and as any multi input and multi channel amplifier normally does. >For KDE apps - arts must be compiled with ALSA support enabled. In KDE control panels already appears, in ARTS sound server, ALSA support, but it simply looks as it's using OSS.... Anyway... I specified I'd prefer NOT to use ARTS (the bestthing would be ALSA+JACK). I hope I was clear, this time.
