This idle time does not include any DCC functions, such as DCC Chat
since it's not going via the IRC server itself.
Some IRCd's/networks have different parameters for determining idle
times too.
To be honest, does it really matter if you want to know if the person
you are chatting to has other chat connections? Okay it may take a
little bit longer to respond to you but IRC is all about chatting and
learning about different types of people (and even the characters they
adopt) and have FUN! ;-)
