Sorry , But I'd be damn unhappy for you to even know who I chat to.
I'll say it as others seem unwilling - but get a Cloo.
You have no right to see who anyone else is chatting to. And thats the way
it should stay.
IRC has a darker side with many a group of hacker/takeover/dubious people.
I suppose the next thing you'll ask is that you can view logs held on other
machines =)
