Well, as a case study of 1, I can say that I will probably not bother to charge for my current app or to put it in the market, and am unlikely to finish the other app I was working on. I may still do the one I was planning to charge for, but then again I may decide that if I have to pay to distribute my apps I might as well go to the iPhone side of the house since one of my major beefs there was the $99 fee to become an "authentic" developer.
Or I may just chuck it and go back to flash development since both phones as well as PCs can play those games. Yes, I am disappointed at Google choosing this path. But until I'm ready to write my own phone OS (and I'm not) I can hardly complain about them choosing it.
