According to the thesari I consulted, "cheap" is an adjective without
having to add the "ly" at the end, and there was no reference to it
being used as an adverb.

So, perchance, you might consider:

   You should be able to get a cheap 28.8 or 33.6.

A bit clumsy with the terminal period following the decimal after only
one intervening numeral, but one can't win them all.
