I've got some experience with HTML but not the others. 

To better give you all an idea of where i'm coming from. I came from a
high-tempo helpdesk. i fixed hardware and troubleshot apps and did server
maintenance and backups. i have no programming experience yet. 

Is this the way to go? C, VB, etc?
