It is a seperate product that can be installed at the time of installing any one of the ITSM application if you have the DSL data checked during the install.. you install it on any one - preferably the last ITSM application that you choose to install as installation of DSL takes a lot of time and it makes no sense to install it during the installation of the apps that you install preceeding the last.. Even after you install the DSL data, you need to manually import it from the staging Import form. See documentations for more details.. Joe
