Sachin, BMC didn't take over Peregrine (oh bad word, such a bad word).
Remedy was sold to Peregrine. Peregrine sold Remedy to BMC and declared bankruptcy the next day (October/November 2002?). Peregrine emerged from bankruptcy and were around for a little while before being swallowed up by HP.
