I recall giving AR System 1.2 demonstrations in 1995.  We used to carry Sun Sparcstation 1.0 pizza boxes along with a full monitor to give customer demos as it only ran on Unix at the time (Sun OS XX??).   I was a lot younger and more fit , that is for sure..... :-)

And if my memory serves me, AR System 3.0 came out around December 1996. But don't hold me to that, my memory is not what it used to be.
