Could you confirm Plugin Server is up and running? Can you consume Remedy Web Services published in your MidTier? How's RAM memory and Heap usage in JVM for MidTier? Have you changed recently Java version in MidTier? Please check SW00336455 and SW00344270 related with MidTier 7.5 p3 and Web Services.
