Grove? Actually, the state dumped the mentally challenged, ex-cons etc
etc into rooming houses when Marlboro Pych closed down. As an
operator, you got big $ to house 'em. Some of them ate garbage out of
the cans and boardwalk, begged for money and food etc all around the
town.
And from what others might think, were left to work out a deal with
the AP Partners.
