First off, you are being rude by calling somebody nuts.
This is a place for people to voice their opinions. You may not agree with what 
somebody 
says, but instead of calling names, what night just say "I don't like that 
idea" or something 
like that.
You are right, the boardwalk is made for people, but there are quite a few 
hours every day 
when there is no people there.
There are plenty of places in our country where the boardwalk is shared by both.
And who's fault is it that the board is giving attention to this topic? If you 
want to debate 
or  discuss other things, then start at topic and lets go.
There are plenty of battles to be fought in AP, both big and small.
