even the pti unit in M. county court had to go to "gang" training. It
was even noted in the press some time ago. There are gangs or wannabees
in every school - yes, even ocean township.
And whomever said the partners should be responsible, I think they
should be "concerned", but not responsible. Imagine the pr that would
wind up in the paper "Partners to responsiblity for gangs in Asbury
Park" (that clip could even wind up as part of an intense web search...)
following an ad for New condos for sale in AP.
1) Jail. Build 'em and keep 'em. Crime, not a citizen - out you go,
first plane back. Jail 'em in their own country. Cheaper and crueler.
Gangs grow in prison - bigger and stronger. feed em good, give em tv,
gyms, jobs.
2) Why not do that with everyone now pre-prison- give everyone a tv,
gym membership, free food and job making something in a factory here in
America. Predict has the potential to wind up in jail - and just start
feeding them and housing in a nice apartment. Let them even pick the
state where they want to live and send there. You don't need prisons.
