Back in the day there was close to those prices AND LESS. I once looked 
at one north of the hilton. for some reason I htnk this 5 bed was 
around 85k. But then somone told me it being a redvelopment zone. Let 
me see, I had no kids,no money, a new wife who new nothing about long 
branch. That was 24 years ago It was 6 houses in from the beach and had 
a funny angled roof, but faced the hilton. The rest of the area was 
what it was.

that redevelopment thing scared me. I think my uncle got $250k for a 1 
bedroom at the anchorage back then.

He should appeal it.
