What a spirited debate we are having. Education is always a great
idea! I would be willing to teach English - although I have no
education experience :) Mario would probably be a better candidate.
In the meantime, if a certain significant percentage of the
population speaks another language, in this case Spanish and/or
Creole, I think having someone at the police station to take calls
who is bilingual would only benefit the community.
