Yes Fluff - The only thing being "constructed" is the Pool Club. The
rest is stucco,paint,windows, railings, awnings...etc. Interior
rehab too of course.
This WILL all cost $$$$... Yes its movement in a positive
direction... but is it in the 'right' direction ?? So many design
choices that could add value to the project are being mis-handled.
