MM has done a ton in a short period.
They need income like the rest of us.
A big part they have to know to fill is the bad weather contingency.
This is where CH and Casino come into play.
If you've ever sat through a season where it rained every weekend or
took your kids somewhere where there was nothing but a beach - you'll
know what I mean.
There are 10 key weekends (20 days to pay the rent) - the other 42
and the weekdays are a bonus. How to capitalize.
