I've read your older posts and what you're saying doesn't make sense.

Funkyness, meaning deteriorating buildings is what you think is a sign of 
progress? Not what you wrote about in the past talking about your trip over 
here. The architecture, the respect for culture and all.

It reminds me of the building that was at the south end of AP.

I'm sure it will not be a funky ruin but will be a thriving economic asset to 
Dresden.
