I do not think KJD termed them as barbarians because they do not share his views about patriotism but rather because of Akshardham, because of uprooting thousands of Pundits from Kashmir and of course because of 9/11 ....... However CM might still advocate that the perpetrators are NOT 'barbarians' but some innocent people who share CM's views about patriotism.
