I am going through them all and am documenting them, with notations, on

Coming across hil.habeas.com, I dont understand why its listed in the 
ASSP providers list.  After some research, I found that, "The Habeas 
Infringers List (“HIL”), which is a DNS-based list of the IP addresses 
of those who infringe Habeas copyrights and trademarks."

Based on that quote, I think it should be removed from the interface as 
a suggested provider to use.
