No, it shouldn't be removed. If you see, its listed in the list that is recommended to be used when matching for 2+ hits. I shouldn't be used as a stand-alone DNSBL. If you use SCBL properly, it works greats. I have been doing a lot of analysis and research, and I have commented about this further in the wiki article.
