Now that it's down to Cisco/Granstream the prices are  ~$440 for Cisco and ~210 
for AudioCodes units.


Chris, can you please elaborate on what you mean by carrier grade? would simply 
connecting it to the router/switch, grabbing a DHCP and registering to Asterisk 
server take a few days for me to fine tune or were you talking about complex 
situations or the fact that it's management GUI is confusing? I am well versed 
with Asterisk and Linksys/Cisco gateways but never used AudioCodes products so 
I am not sure what you mean by "don't even touch it". I appreciate some input.


***This is to be deployed in a remote region so of course it should have the 
capability to be managed remotely.
