I agree with Aaron, To me, Audiocodes MP114 is just painful to configure, a
simple example, I need to configure the dtmf digit limit from default 4 to
32, otherwise you won't be able to make a single PSTN 10 digits call no
matter how you configure other settings!! There are hundreds of other
settings which will confuse you and 90% of them have nothing to do with
making a simple phone call.

you can download audiocodes user guide from internet and google some online
post , but it takes a lot of time. it definitely is not something plug and
play. I had a problem with DTMF working with Asterisk recently. and it was
fixed by reduced by DTMF duration on one of the 'advanced' setting. I hope
someone can tell me Grandstream or Cisco is better in terms of easy to
configure and reliability.

Audiocodes has partnership with Microsoft PBX (Lync and others). and i don't
think it is good idea b/c Microsoft obvious doesn't know what they are doing
in unified communication.

I had very positive experience with Mediatrix 1104 unit, it is very easy to
config and quality is good. but it is hard to find it on the market
nowadays.
