Just make sure the adapter supports DMA.  A lot of them don't because the
Sandisk reference design they are all based on did not.  Now that newer CF
drives are starting to support DMA, most newer CF>IDE adapters coming out
now do.  Hint's if it does not mention it then it probably does not support
DMA.  I got caught on this one which is why I am mentioning it.
