Re: CVAA Accessibility Rules Now In Effect
So I have a serious question and am looking for an honest and genuine answer.
Suppose today that I am using a product of one of the companies above that doesn't meet the standards of this measure. What is the right way to bring this to the company in question, and how does one get them to fix the issue? I mean microsoft is obviously reaching out to its disabled consumer base, and as an owner and supporter of sony products, it saddens me to not hear about them reaching out to the vi community for feedback. How do I as a consumer change that in the right way? A specific example would be of me using a playstation vita that already has accessibility features like zoom text but lacks any auditory feedback for navigating their menus, or tts to correctly identify correct icons and settings or use its built in chat functionality. Already this goes against the regulations listed above, so whats the best way to get them to finish what they started on the ps vita and ps4?
