Phil, Presumably you use 2x 'Startech 10/100 Ethernet To Multi Mode Fiber Media'. One at router end connected by fibre to another at Touch end with short UTP cables.
i.e. Router<---UTP--->Startech<-------Fiber------->Startech<---UTP--->Touch Or is it simpler than that?
