Unless you have at home a different computer (preferably with Windows, so we can test a different o/s), it's probably not worth trying to make a PDF again, since we both got the same results. The cross-references must be fixed in the individual files. The chapters are read-only when linked in the ODM, and if you make them editable, then any edits are discarded when the ODM is updated. It's interesting that LibO crashed when loading the ODM. I didn't think to try LibO. I will do that later and see what happens. But earlier RCs of OOo3.3 were crashing on me all the time, so perhaps the same thing that was causing those crashes is affecting the version of LibO that is available to the public. Unless they've got something more recent than Beta 2? --Jean
OOo 3.3 did not crash on my Windows XP, even their snapshot versions, for any doc. Currently, I use 3.4 snapshots instead of 3.3 and have not yet experienced any crashes.
