Thanks for doing this. I will download your PDF and check it. IIRC, the
images started disappearing in Chapter 3. BTW, when I exported to PDF,
it only took 2 minutes. What operating system and OOo version are on
your netbook?
The incorrect x-refs are a common problem, one reason why I'm trying to
delete as many as possible without making the text unclear. The way I
fix them is to go into the chapter file, delete the x-ref, and recreate
it. Unfortunately, this does not always "stick" -- some of the "fixed"
ones go wrong again in the compiled book.
