bisa Rp.300jt ke atas. Trus utk menengah, ada jg Cibubur Country, Permata
Cibubur, Perumahan Mahogany, dan masih banyak lagi. Harganya minimal
Rp.100jt-an ke atas.
Sekedar sharing aja, aku udah lihat maketnya Cibubur Country. Bagus
banget.
It will be like BSD Tangerang, n probably more! Fasilitias di dalam
perumahannya cukup lengkap spt Waterboom, shopping mall, school, ATM
center
n many more! Arealnya sih sekitar 40 hektar. Harganya jg lumayan
terjangkau,
alias ga mahal2 amat utk lingkungan Cibubur. The price starts from
Rp.120-anjt. Untuk gambaran aja, utk tipe LB 46 LT 90 harga cash-nya
sekitar
Rp.161jt dan udah banyak yg laku hehehe...
So nti kalo balik ke Indo, don't forget to have a look around Cibubur ;)
