I am only running admins as my baruwa servers filter and re-deliver to on-site exchange servers. I do not have any other users/domain-admins. I will have to test this. Maybe Andrew can chime in.

However when repeating the process with a domain admin or admin it does not. I then tested by adding a regular user to my other Orgs/domains and they too appear. So it does not seem to matter in what order the org/domain/account is created just that admins and domain admins do not show under Organisations/domains.
