Now... in relation to adding more domain admins and assign them to an already present organisation, it is possible but you have to edit it in the properties of the organisation, it was hidden somewhere I do not remember at this moment. Hopefully, once I build one server for lab I will try to put the path here... However when repeating the process with a domain admin or admin it does not. I then tested by adding a regular user to my other Orgs/domains and they too appear. So it does not seem to matter in what order the org/domain/account is created just that admins and domain admins do not show under Organisations/domains.
