As was my reaction. Mulberry is possibly slick as far as a generic end user is concerned, but I found it a little annoying all around. Converting to any GUI is bound to cause my head to hurt though. I've heard good things said about Mahogony: http://mahogany.sourceforge.net/ It's a work in progress, but it's functional enough to be usable.
