I tried reverting SVN to a version around christmas time. Something went wrong with the SVN switch command, and I got into a bit of a state. I ended up having to delete some folders and do an SVN update back to head to recover. SVN now reports everything is current again (so I'm back to where I started). I ensured that I had SVN-latest of everything, which meant that I replaced my flac.exe (1.1.4) with the one from SVN. This shouldn't have mattered, as I was only playing mp3 tracks. Whilst I was there, I replaced my version of lame.exe to the latest (3.97). I believe the version I had installed before was 3.97b3. I haven't noticed SoftSqueeze stopping between tracks since (played 82 tracks now). My Squeezebox has stopped once though. It seems the most likely culprit is the version of lame.exe. What version does Slimserver officially support? Do I need any other files to match it (eg. lame-enc.dll)?
