I'm working on a racing card game myself, and thought I'd pick up one of the classics for ... research purposes. I know that Formula Dé has dice for randomness, but I was wondering how often it really made the difference.
For example, I can't stand the new Mario Kart Wii because of the random item aspect that removes almost all skill from the game (blue shell alert).
