Skill will always triumph on the long run. If you play 1-lap races
only, probably a luck roll may determine the winner (or the loser),
but on 2-lap or 3-lap races skill will take a major role.

If you are interested in researching, I recommend you to look for
Stock Car Championship Racing Card Game. You won't be disappointed.
