Dear Kumar jee and Mahek Jee, As off lot of discussions this is the discussion having no end, still I would like to insert that " division of states is done basically by using Language and difference in culture marked by difference in living standards by using scales like percapita income etc. . . The basic problem drawn here is not the division. The problem is the lack of development plan. Congress party`s members think that more the structure of India ressembles with US the more they can say " we are like USA " and more grant they can grab.
As far as development of Jharkhand is called on I can say thay " according to our living standards it has grown nothing. but when compared to the way they were living and now the way they are living is better. Although rotation of money in new system has as usual always benifited Congress via Madhu Koda. But yet the rotation improved the living of local people. As far as Chattisgarh near MP is considered. Living standard was not the problem but the difference in culture generated Naxil problem in area which was easily suppressed by well working state government. *My opinion :-* Division of state is not bad having a plan for it is above this decision. Congress never has a plan. Neither they wanna make one. They are interested in maintaining their own businesses. All of the congress members are holding one city from which they always win. Chidambaram, Sonia Gandhi, etc all of them have no development issue but they do use cast and religion. At time of Indira Gandhi she included " Secularism in constition premble of India making it unstable and now Manmohan gave reservation on basis of religion.
