Hi,
As neeraj jee wrote that "facts will be better" then please read various
articles over net regarding size of Telangana and other States of Union of
India.
Rochana Jee`s point made it clear that most of the group members do not know
that " how states are formed in India ? ". A few might answer (laughing at
me) "on language basis" . But this is totally wrong.

At the time of emergency Indira Gandhi added word "Secularism" in
constitution preamble and made everything rotten. Similarly at the time of
Jansangh, They amended Article 58,59 of Formation of State territory and
made errors. As we all know RSS + BJP knows how to work and plan things out
for the country`s betterment first and then Its people`s.

Rochana Jee, Constitution of India says " Mass Majority and mass demands
should be considered and decision in accordance should be made by the house
under President of India acting as a chief of General surveyor of union
territory of India ".
Problems in above statements are :-
1) Mass Majority has no figure limit (may be 100,1000,lac etc. . . )
2)"Decision by House" ( Which house LS RS by which process. . .)
3) President of India cannot become Surveyer chief of India as per 1993
Right with UNO.

So the whole act become dismissed.
Hence came the tail of never ending amendments amongst which the most recent
one is this one <http://lawmin.nic.in/coi/part1.pdf>
A better factful article is present here by soutik Biswas from
BBC<http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/thereporters/soutikbiswas/2009/12/does_india_need_more_states.html>and
from E
Raghav from DNA
Money.<http://www.dnaindia.com/opinion/comment_letting-telangana-to-separate-from-andhra-has-opened-up-a-pandora-s-box_1324216>

America has divided its states according to area and population both. But
lets not talk on USA for now!
