It doesn't look like there are many keyless u-locks out there, however
your LBS can get you one (or 16) made my Masterlock. It's relatively
inexpensive.

As you suggest, there is likely a reason that the manufacturers
predominantly use keys, but a wise friend of mine says that, "Locks
only keep honest people honest." If used appropriately, I bet even a
keyless u-lock will do the job.
