Not directly. But you could use a JTek Shiftmate which would enable
accurate indexing with Campy shifter and RD with a Shimano cassette.

White Industries makes by far the best Campy compatible rear hubs. I
prefer them to Campagnolo. The H2 is very rugged and easy to service.

DT has a poor record of providing parts for older hubs. Phil Wood and
King don't make Campy compatible rear hubs. And why anyone would want
to use a King hub on the road and have to listen to that racket every
time you coast is a great mystery to me. King hubs are terrific for
riding singletrack since you get instant engagement of the drive ring.
That makes it easier to pick your way through a rocky trail without
bottoming a pedal. But most roads have a serious shortage of boulders
on the pavement, most of the time. ;-)

Not nearly as frustrating as trying to hear approaching automobiles
from the rear when wearing earplugs to cut the screaming from the King
hub. ;-)

Not if you want top quality. Velocity makes a fairly good Campy spec
hub. But it's hardly in the same league as the White Industries. And
since it's a rebadged Formula hub, I doubt that parts availability
will be nearly as good ten years down the road. White Industries
supplies parts for any hub they've ever made.
