Okay, there's a two-fold issue. 1) The existing Iptables instructions say to not expose the build to raw headers, else the build will fail. This is clearly wrong. 2) A sentence or two needs to be included that mentions using the raw headers to build additional modules (with a caveat that you *may* need to recompile Iptables if you update your kernel version). Does this seem to summarize adequately? I'll just wing it for now, and if it needs changing, we can do that before the official 6.2.0 release. I'm going to put this in now, so that I can cut the rc2 version. -- Randy rmlscsi: [bogomips 1003.26] [GNU ld version 2.16.1] [gcc (GCC) 4.0.3] [GNU C Library stable release version 2.3.6] [Linux 2.6.14.3 i686] 11:45:00 up 28 days, 11:59, 1 user, load average: 0.11, 0.10, 0.13 -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/blfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
