To back up a file: Go to my computer; Select the file or folder you want to back up; Alt C to copy what has been selected; Go to the file or drive where you want to save what has been copied; Hit control V to paste the copied material into that file.
Caution: If you are using a flash drive as your backup destination, make sure that there is enough space on that flash drive to hold the material you are copying. Respectfully, Russell J.
