Hi All: Another suggestion for HW. Some places such as Dell Computer send you an e-mail when your unit ships. I'd like to see HW send an e-mail when the BN or VN you've sent for repair is shipped back to you with the UPS Tracking Number in it. That way, you can track the package, have a pretty good idea when it will get to you and make any arrangements you have to such as asking neighbors or others to sign for it. I know I would find this useful since I live in a condo and often, UPS comes when I am not here.
