My Husband and I couldn't agree with you more. This is
something we ask for every time we deal with HumanWare. This
hasn't happened yet, but, maybe we need to work as an organized
group. Maybe they need to hear from a majority on this.

Another suggestion for HW. Some places such as Dell Computer
send you
an e-mail when your unit ships. I'd like to see HW send an
e-mail when
the BN or VN you've sent for repair is shipped back to you with
the UPS
Tracking Number in it. That way, you can track the package, have
a
pretty good idea when it will get to you and make any
arrangements you
have to such as asking neighbors or others to sign for it. I
know I
would find this useful since I live in a condo and often, UPS
comes when
I am not here.
